A quick tutorial on basic bike maintenance.

I did a ride out today and thought i might give the bike a quick clean. I then did a few basic maintenance checks on it.

After bike has had quick clean, maintenance tasks should be done.

These are basic maintenance tasks which look at the main components of the bike. I have clamped my bike via cross bar, this is not something advised by many people. Usually the bike would be clamped by the seat post. i find it is safe to use the crossbar on my bikes, they are not as fragile as some of the high end carbon bikes.
